Hi, I am Rossana, you can call me Teacher Ross.  I am married and have 2 children.  I am jolly and fun loving individual.  I finished my Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology at South Western University.

I was a tutor to elementary students in English, math, and science subjects for almost 5 years before I became an online tutor.  I know it is not easy learning English language especially for us non-native speakers.  There are challenges that we need to overcome.  But, you have nothing to worry about coz I am always be here to help and guide you.  I am very willing to help you conquer your fears and hardships in your journey to improvement.  I know you can do it; all you have to do is to believe in yourself.  As your tutor, I will always make sure that the learning experience is comfortable and the student participation during the learning process is active.
